As more organisations invest in school WASH, there is growing recognition that infrastructure alone is not enough.
Across the sector, many organisations are still wrestling with the same hard questions:
*Why is behaviour change so difficult to sustain in schools?
*What separates effective WASH clubs from those that go dormant?
*How do we build genuine teacher ownership — beyond incentives?
*Where are government–private sector collaborations working, and where are they breaking down?
*What operational realities are affecting the long-term sustainability of WinS programs?
These questions rarely receive the candid, peer-level discussion they deserve.
This exchange is designed to create space for honest exploration of these challenges among organisations actively implementing or influencing WASH in Schools programming.
Rather than presentations, the focus will be on:
*Honest implementation experiences
*Structured peer discussion
*Practical insights participants can apply within their own programs
*Meaningful engagement among sector leaders and decision-makers
To support balanced participation and meaningful engagement across organizations, there are limited slots and participation will be limited to a maximum of two representatives per organization. Confirmations will be made on a rolling basis.
