This Training of Trainers on Delivering Effective WASH Training (ToT on DEWT) enhances the knowledge and skills for the effective delivery of WASH and cross-cutting issues in a participatory way through hands-on practices.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to confidently deliver/facilitate WASH and cross-cutting training sessions, apply participatory training techniques, and effectively communicate WASH messages to diverse audiences.
The training covers how people learn, the stages of learning, creating a safe learning environment, communication, and effective questioning skills, participatory training methods, lesson planning and delivery, and practical training delivery methods. Participants will engage in demonstrations, group work, role plays, and practice sessions to build hands-on experience in delivering WASH training.
ENPHO will provide accommodation and meals throughout the training period of the training.
